Cake with jelly and chocolate mousse

INGREDNIETS:

Dough:

Jelly:

  • a pack of sugar-free jelly
  • 3 spoons of xylitol

Chocolate mousse:

  • 400 ml of coconut milk
  • 100 ml of water
  • 4 teaspoons of gelatine + 1/4 glass of hot water
  • 4 spoons of xylitol
  • 4 spoons of cocoa

PREPARATION:

Dough:
Beat whites of eggs until stiff, mix with xylitol, add egg yolks, then mix again. Add flour, baking powder and mix delicately. Put everything into the baking mold. Bake for approximately 10 minutes in 180oC. Then cool it down.

Jelly:
Prepare the jelly with instructions on its label, while adding xylitol. When it gets set, pour it on dough, and cool down.

Chocolate mousse:

Dissolve gelatine in 1/4 glass of boiling water

Mix the rest of the ingredients, add cooled gelatine, mix again. Then, pour it out on hardened jelly. Finally put the whole cake in the fridge.
